Gloe Cormie poems Hung Tang, originally from Vietnam, now manager of Long Island Café. I read Hung a poem from Sea Salt, Red Oven Mitts and the Blues, about a Vietnamese restaurant owner titled, “She, who would not”, and he read me some stanzas from the great Vietnamese poet, Nguyen Du.
